  1. Payment:

    • We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and Shop Pay. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

  2. Shipping:

    • Orders will be processed within 2-4 business days.
    • We offer standard USPS shipping, with free shipping for orders $75 and over. 
    • We do not ship internationally.

  3. Returns & Exchanges:

    • Contact us within 14 days of delivery for returns or exchanges.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition; buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  4. Custom Orders:

    • We offer a very limited number of custom orders each year. Contact us to learn more. 

  5. Cancellations:

    • Requests for order cancellations must be made within 12 hours of purchase. We strive to process orders quickly. 

  6. Privacy:

    • We respect your privacy and only use your information for order fulfillment.

  7. Care Instructions:

    • Follow provided care instructions to ensure the longevity of your jewelry.
    • A few tips: Protect your jewelry in a hard-sided container when travelling. Remove before bathing or swimming. Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes, oils and other similar substances. It is advisable to use silicone earring backs with French wires to protect them from loss.
